Phillip is an Associate Director with a specialism in Higher Risk Buildings (HRB’s) and Extra Care.

He is inspired by the Utrecht Central Station Cycle Park, this modern utilitarian structure provides a bright, sleek, and efficient building to store 12,656 bicycles ‘below ground’. As a sustainable travel hub, this creates an urban environment with less cars for people to enjoy much further beyond this building.  

His favourite Paddock Johnson project is Chestergate, Stockport. It was a great process working with a large client and design team to create two higher risk buildings and large public space. Creating a scheme not dominated by parking, gave greater freedom to enhance the public realm.
