Designed by Paddock Johnson for Tawd Valley Developments Limited, this project will transform the current site into 12 one-bedroom apartments for social housing with 12 car park spaces. 6 of the apartments will provide ground floor access for tenants with mobility needs.
These new homes will replace the existing building and former warden’s flat on Hall Green Close, Up Holland.
The homes will include electric car charging points and off-road parking.
