Paddock Johnson was appointed to design 3, luxury 4 and 5 bedroom detached houses in West Kirby. This architecturally designed, bespoke collection of homes offer beautiful modern living in a carefully considered site.

The vacant site has several ecological constraints and the scheme was sensitively designed with this in mind. Paddock Johnson worked closely with the Local Authority, Landscape Architects and Ecologists to ensure that the scheme supports the wildlife across the site. The proposals enhance the street scene along Holm Hill and bring a new life to a vacant, overgrown site.
