Following an intensive course towards the end of 2022, Paddock Johnson Architect Evie Greenall achieved her Passive House Designer Certification in January 2023.

Passive House is the leading standard for constructing energy efficient homes through clever design that require very little energy to deliver a comfortable temperature throughout the changing seasons. Passive house certified design homes have such good thermal performance that utility bills are significantly reduced.
